I receive a significant amount of email & comments through my blog... way more than I can possibly address due to bandwidth.
If you're sending me a comment in response to a specific post, you should post your comment using the comment form at the end of that post.
Comments to posts and articles on my blog receive the highest priority (when submitted as a comment to that post/article, not using this form... this is so others can benefit from the Q/A dialog).
If you are posting a general question on SharePoint, I reserve the right to ignore it completely!
I strongly suggest you post general questions using the TechNet/MSDN Forums, where I am frequently, and so are many other SharePoint "experts".
